BBC Celebrity Antiques Road Trip: Helen Flanagan’s life from idyllic relationship with famous footballer to doting mum who is praised for breastfeeding in public

For those out there who aren’t much of a Corrie fan, then the chances are you only heard of Helen Flanagan after her unforgettable appearance on I’m A Celeb back in 2012.

The actress certainly made the show very entertaining that year!

Most recently, she appeared on Celebrity Antiques Road Trip (September 15) alongside Jorgie Porter in quest to find some hidden gems in Scotland to auction off the items in exchange for a huge profit.

The 31 year old was known for playing Rosie Webster on the long running soap, Coronation Street, from 2000 until her dramatic exit in 2012. She returned in 2017 before departing again for maternity leave the following year.

Outside of her line of work, Helen leads a very colourful life that fans are able to get a glimpse of from posts she shares on her Instagram page, which boasts more than a million followers.

Helen is currently in a relationship with her footballer partner Scott Sinclair, who plays as a winger for Preston North End, with the couple recently having a child together.

The star gave birth to their baby son named Charlie Scott Sinclair on the 25th of March 2021 and is already a mum to her two daughters Matilda, five, and Delilah, two.

She even posts pictures of herself breastfeeding in public and encourages women to talk about their struggles with it too.

“It is so important to me that I speak openly about my breastfeeding journey, in the hope to support other mums out there with the highs and lows of breastfeeding,” she wrote to mark World Breastfeeding Week.

Fans have congratulated her for being open and honest about it with one writing: “We need more women in the public eye, such as yourself being open and honest about breastfeeding”.
